Title: Part time Payroll Co-ordinator, Bracknell

Hours: 8 days per Month (flexible days) between Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £21,000 pro rata
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract to start in March 2012
Our client is looking for a Part time Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team for 8 days a month.
Your responsibilities will include:

Liaise with the payroll provider and the Finance team on payroll matters.
Ensure all customer enquiries are handled effectively and within the agreed timescales and results reported to the Head of HR.
Manage the day to day running of the payroll process including expenses. Ensure that the payroll is accurate and timely for the employees to be paid on the agreed date.
Implement annual pay reviews effectively and that all changes properly documented.
Responsible for all pensions’ administration.
Responsible for keeping absence records for the Association.
Assist in maintaining the payroll procedures manual.
Assist the Management Accountant to develop and maintain spreadsheets for the provision of regular statistical reports and payroll analysis.

To be suitable for this role you will fit the following:

A relevant payroll qualification (or equivalent)
IT literate with a good understanding of computerised payroll
Experience of spreadsheet usage to enable conversion of manual tasks to PC based.
Know how to analyse, evaluate and present meaningful statistical information.

Bracknell
