SKILLS: Resource Management, Capacity Planning Our client, a leading transport organisation has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Planning Manager to be accountable for the development of all integrated resources and capacity planning.
This business critical role will require you to liaise with various stakeholders in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. You will possess strong analytical planning skills but still be able to engage with the stakeholders.
Working within this large complex environment you will produce tactical resource deployment plans and undertake long term planning for the entire operation. As the post holder you will drive deployment efficiency improvements using appropriate management tools.
In order to perform this role to the required standard you will need the ability to influence at senior level and be able to take an active role in the overall management of the organisation to understand the various capacity demands.
