![Strategic Project Lead
A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of our largest central government organisations based in central London. The organisation is forward thinking and innovative in its approach to change and is looking for someone to take the lead for a specific finance project.
The Role:
• You will be developing the Organisation Design of the Business Support Function.
• Developing the capability model and skills required to successfully deliver the services
• You will be responsible for guiding the project team members in developing the new organisation objectives, organisation design, roles, skills matrix, etc.
• Manage the project and advise the Executive Lead and Programme Manager of any risks and issues.
Experience Required:
• You must have experience of developing Organisation Design models in the finance function,
• Experience of setting up a shared services function is desirable
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, forecasting and financial management.
• You will have worked in complex project environments, with multiple stakeholders.
Candidates without specific experience of creating and implementing Organisation Design Models will not be shortlisted for the role.
